The Archdiocese of Philadelphia Catholic Committee on Scouting is a group of individuals who promote Catholic religious values within the Scouting movement in the Philadelphia, Pennsylvania area.  We are part of Region 3 (PA/NJ) of the National Catholic Committee on Scouting (NCCS) .  We are also a member of the Office for Youth and Young Adults (OYYA) of the Archdiocese of Philadelphia.
