Staff Farewell for Sr Cecily

On 2 November 2002 the staff of St Anthony's Canossian Secondary School gave Sr Cecily their special farewell.  Many ex-teachers, Ms Agnes Chew of St Anthony's Canossian Primary School and the Provincial Council members were invited.

Sr Cecily arrived with all the men welcoming her and acting as the main ushers.  MCs for the evening, Karen Kang and Karen Teo, greeted everyone and Sr Theresa Seow conducted the opening prayer.

In between the food and drinks, the staff presented personal speeches of thanks and a special IT presentation was made on all the contributions and impact of Sr Cecily to the school.  There was also time for games and quizzes pertaining to Sr Cecily.  Mrs Jennifer Loh and Sr Cecily gave their best speeches for the evening.  In a warm atmosphere of friendship and gratitude Sr Cecily mingled around to thank all her guest reassuringly that God has been good and will continue to bless each of us as we continue to serve Him in this wonderful ministry of educating the young.
