On July 17, Our Canossian School for the Hearing Impaired [CSHI] bade Sr Geraldine Lim, their Principal a fond farewell. The school gathered for a Mass in the Chapel, to thank Sr Geraldine for her services as a teacher and Principal. In line with our Province thrust for Sisters to move towards a more pastoral role and to work in creative partnership with the laity, Ms Joan Chua was welcomed as the new Principal of CSHI. 

The teachers thanked Sr Geraldine for her support, understanding and availability when they needed a listening ear. She was presented with a gift from the staff of the school and with tokens of appreciation from the students. 

Thank you dear Sr Geraldine for your years of loving service at CSHI, for your bright smile and dedication to the children. For the hard work you put in to shift CSHI to its new premises in Sallim Road and to move towards the full integration of the hearing impaired pupils into the mainstream kindergarten.
