The crux of the message in the slide show of the Learning Journey shown right after the opening address impressed upon us that the Sisters too, are on a journey as they begin to move away from management positions to more pastoral work and spiritual formation.  Dressed in their Habits instead of the white and blue t-shirts commissioned for the day, the Sisters are the keepers of the Canossian charism that they must keep alive.  Thus, anyone going on that Journey is called to help keep that charism alive.  Whether religious or laity, the journey ahead challenges us to see how willing we are in embracing the uniqueness of each and everyone.  In the Eduplex, wisdom will be the order of the day as leaders attempt to harness the talents of their staff.  Yes, we will need wisdom and love as we attempt to follow St Magdalene of Canossa and be true disciples of Jesus Christ.  May we journey forth in goodness, truth and justice.
