| The purpose of the Canossian Educators' Journey was not only to walk in the footsteps of St Magdalene of Canossa and St Josephine Bakhita but also to experience for ourselves the overflowing of the Canossian spirit in the various pastoral works of the Sisters. In retracing the footsteps of our Foundress and Bakhita we were able to affirm our calling as Canossian Educators and deepen our faith in God, the source of our Canossian spirituality. The learning journey has given us the impetus to surge forward with great hope and confidence to keep alive the Canossian spirit and charism in our Canossian schools and organizations. Like St Magdalene we also hope to make Jesus known and loved to those whom we serve. By: Ms Agnes Chew |
