The Creed (Apostles' Creed)

I believe in God the Father almighty, creator of heaven and earth. I believe in Jesus Christ, his only Son, Our Lord. He was conceived by the power of the Holy Spirit and born of the Virgin Mary. He suffered under Pontius Pilate, was crucified, died, and was buried. He descended to the dead. On the third day he rose again. He ascended into heaven, and is seated at the right hand of the Father. He will come again to judge the living and the dead.

I believe in the Holy Spirit, the holy catholic Church, the communion of saints, the forgiveness of sins, the resurrection of the body, and life everlasting. Amen.

Our Father, who art in Heaven, hallowed be thy name, thy kingdom come, thy will be done on earth as it is in heaven. Give us this day our daily bread, and forgive us our trespasses as we forgive those who trespass against us, and lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil. Amen.

Hail Mary, full of grace, the Lord is with thee; blessed art thou amongst women, and blessed is the fruit of thy womb, Jesus. Holy Mary, Mother of God, pray for us sinners, now and at the hour of our death. Amen.

Glory be to the Father, and to the Son and to the Holy Spirit, as it was in the beginning, is now and ever shall be, world without end. Amen.

O my Jesus, forgive us our sins, save us from the fires of hell, lead all souls to heaven, especially those in most need of thy mercy.

CONSECRATION TO MARY  (inspired from St. Louis de Montfort)

Holy Virgin Mary, Mother of Jesus and Mother of the Church, I choose you today, in the presence of the Holy Trinity and of all the heavenly court, for my Mother and my Queen. I surrender and consecrate to you my whole being with its powers, my whole life, and all my spiritual and natural endowments so that you may dispose of them to the greater glory of God. I will, from now on, do all things for you, through you, with you and in you, to the end that Jesus may see in me the traits of His divine Mother and be thus further glorified.

Oh Mary! you who are as powerful as an army in battle array, I enlist with confidence as a knight under your banner so as to serve you and extend your reign about me by my devotion, my word and the example of my everyday life to the extent of my ability.

I know that this consecration commits me to your way, that of love which gives without measure. I accept in advance all the renunciations involved. But I beg you to obtain for me an invincible strength which will overcome all the difficulties and trials inherent in my apostolate.

May no obstacle lessen my fervor in your service. Be the Sovereign of my life and conduct; govern me in everything so that everything may be for God. Amen.

Saint Michael the Archangel, defend us in the battle; be our safeguard against the wickedness and snares of the devil. May God rebuke him, we humbly pray and do thou, O Prince of the heavenly host, by the power of God, thrust into Hell, Satan and the other evil spirits who prowl about the world for the ruin of souls. Amen.

- Sacred Heart of Jesus, I put my trust in you.

- Sorrowful and Immaculate Heart of Mary, pray for us.

- Good Saint Joseph, pray for us.

- Our Holy Guardian Angels, pray for us.

- O Mary conceived without sin, pray for us who have recourse to thee.

The Angel of the Lord declared unto Mary ; - and she conceived of the Holy Spirit. Hail Mary...

Behold the handmaid of the Lord ; - be it done unto me according to your word. Hail Mary...

And the Word was made flesh ; - and dwelt among us. Hail Mary...

Pray for us, O holy Mother of God ; that we may become worthy of the promises of Christ.

Let us pray: Pour forth, we beg you, O Lord, your grace into our hearts, that we to whom the incarnation of Christ, your Son, was made known by the message of an angel, may by his passion and cross be brought to the glory of his resurrection, through the same Christ our Lord. Amen.  (Gloria 3 times)

Queen of heaven, rejoice, alleluia! - For he whom you were chosen to bear, alleluia!

Has risen as he said, alleluia! - Pray to God for us, alleluia!

Rejoice and be glad, Virgin Mary, alleluia! - For the Lord is truly risen, alleluia!

Let us pray: Father, you were pleased to give joy to the world through the resurrection of your Son, our Lord Jesus Christ. Grant, we beseech you that through the mediation of the Virgin Mary, his mother, we may come to possess the joys of life everlasting. Through the same Christ our Lord. Amen.  (Gloria 3 times)

+ Bless us, O Lord, and these your gifts which we are about to receive from your goodness. Through Christ our Lord. Amen.

* After meal: We give you thanks for all your gifts, Almighty God, who lives and reigns now and for ever. Amen.
