COUNCIL INFORMATION
The Father Emil J. Kapaun Council is located on Ramstein Air Base, Germany. The Grand Knight for 2012-2013 is Roy Lozano. You can contact the Knights by email at rhinotom.shaver06@gmail.com If you're visiting or moving to the area, we would love to hear from you.

COUNCIL MEETINGS
Our General Business Meeting is on the second Tuesday of each month at the Ramstein Southside Chapel Annex at 6PM

ABOUT OUR COUNCIL
The Father Emil J. Kapaun, Council #11987 was founded in June 1997 in part through the efforts of the First Grand Knight, Senior Master Sergeant, USAF (retired), Fred Dembinski. It's named after Fr. Emil J. Kapaun, A military Chaplain who died in captivity at the hands of his captors during the Korean War. The Kapaun Council works closely with the Holy Family Parish in the Kaiserslautern Military Community (KMC).
