We invoke the Blessings of Jesus, Mary and Joseph on our
"Home on the Web" and on all our families, as we solemnly dedicate
our web-site to the Holy Family of Nazareth.
This web-site has been put together with the dedication
and commitment of an all-volunteer team. We are deeply grateful
to our dear Bishop and members of the clergy, without whose
encouragement and support, this site may only have been a 'dream'.
Our web-site is intended to serve as a focal point for Catholics
living in Kuwait. Through it, we hope to build a stronger
community, strengthened by a deeper faith in God and enriched
by the holy instruction of our Mother Church. To all who enter
here, we pray that you may find peace and joy as you explore
our pages.
Our work on the site is an on-going process. We look forward to
the participation and encouragement of all the parishioners in its
growth. We invite the leaders of the various parish ministries
to keep us updated so that all who visit our site will be able
to share in the events taking place in the Vicariate. All of us
can be a part of this humble venture by :-
- Spreading the "GOOD NEWS" through our e-postcard service.
- Encouraging our Catholic brethren to subscribe to our newsletter.
- Inviting family and friends to visit our web-site.
Above all, we are thankful to the authors of the following publications,
from whose resources we have gleaned much of our information.
- FIRST CHRISTIANS IN KUWAIT by Msgr. Victor San Miguel
- PASTOR IN KUWAIT by Msgr. Victor San Miguel
- HISTORY OF THE CHURCH by John Cunningham
