The Latin Vicariate Apostolic of Kuwait conducted the Marriage Preparation Course on May 11 & 18, 2001, on the Cathedral premises, Kuwait City. It was attended by sixty-four (couples and singles). This course was conducted under the auspices of the new Spiritual Director, Rev. Fr. Francis Fernandes.

At the end of the course, each participant was awarded a Certificate of Completion by H.L. Bishop Francis Micallef.

The group also bade fond farewell to the outgoing Spiritual Director, Rev. Fr. Gabriel Dias and thanked him for his guidance and support during the last six years.
