Faith Formation for Children & Teens: We offer Sunday morning formation program for children in Pre-K to grade 6 and a Sunday evening program for grades 7-10. Catechists work together with parents to build on a faith fostered in the home. We minister together to provide an experience of faith that gives meaning and direction to our children and teens. Sacramental Formation: Families & children in grade 2 gather three times in the fall and four times in the spring for their First Sacraments of Reconciliation and Eucharist. Each sacrament is an encounter with God and an experience of grace. This process helps parent and child to grow in understanding and relationship with God, their family and community. Children's Liturgy of the Word: At 9:30 AM Sunday Mass we offer both a Nursery Liturgy of the Word for ages three to five and Liturgy of the Word for grades 1 to 3. Family Liturgies: This ministry invites families from the Sunday program and Trinity School together with the Director to plan for the 9:30 AM Sunday Liturgy once a month. Rite of Christian Initiation of Adults / of Children (RCIA/RCIC): Mentors & sponsors among parishioners share their knowledge and faith experiences with those who wish to become Catholics or complete their sacramental participation in the Church. Weekly sessions with the team members prepare the candidates for reception at the Easter Vigil service. The program is generally a year-and-a-half in length. Couple-to-Couple Marriage Preparation: This ministry supplements the contacts of the priest with the engaged couple. In their own home over a period of several weeks a ministering couple discusses key aspects of married life with the engaged couple. Parish Library: Catholic education on site - this is what our Parish Library provides. It makes available books, magazines, and some AV resources to nourish our faith. A Library Committee helps with the publicity, setting up projects to encourage reading, and helping with clerical tasks are this ministry's main activities. All are welcome to use this service.
