Altar Servers: Adults and youth, both men and women, assist the celebrant at Mass weekdays, Sundays, at funerals, weddings and at other liturgical services. Training provided.

Art & Environment: By their knowledge of and interest in art, architecture and the visually beautiful, these ministers assist in providing an appropriate, liturgically correct setting for our worship inside and outside the church.

Feasts are signaled by Art & Environmental efforts.

Lectors: Readers proclaim the Liturgy of the Word with dignity and reverence. In doing so they prepare the Assembly to receive the message of Scripture and homily at the Mass.

Music Ministry: Choir members, cantors, instrumentalists help the assembly pray in song and music, adding beauty and solemnity to the Eucharistic celebration. Currently we have serving adult and funeral choirs. We always look for more members, of all ages, to expand our choir groups.

Special Ministers of the Eucharist: These commissioned men & women assist the celebrant with the distribution of Holy Communion during Mass. Some also bring Communion to the sick throughout the parish community.

Ushers/Greeters: They play an important part in the smooth functioning of the service. Welcoming parishioners, distributing bulletins, taking up the collection, and attending to emergencies are among their duties.
       Norman (Pete) LaFrance

Mass Tapers: Through the good graces of radio station WMSA, we are able to tape our Sunday 9:30 am Mass for broadcast at 6:30 pm the same evening. Shut-ins can keep their connection to the local parish. Standard taping equipment in the sacristy is easy to use. Tapers rotate weekends.
       John Dumas

A Sunday mass is taped for broadcast on WMSA radio for the homebound.

Sanctuary Cleaners: Volunteers in teams of two wash Mass vessels, change altar linens, and keep the sanctuary clean and in order. They are assigned every six weeks.
       Val LaGarry

Sacred Heart Garden Club: If you like the outdoors, have a green thumb, and like to see the parish grounds looking beautiful, this is the ministry for you. A spring, summer and fall activity, it has brought many compliments to the Parish.
