As the Executive Director of the North American Conference of Associates and Religious, I welcome you to our web home. In the pages of this site, you will find a lot of information about our organization. NACAR, governed by a Board of Associates and Religious from all over North America, serves Associates and Vowed members as they proclaim their call from God to live the Spirit, charism and mission of their particular Religious Congregation.
We do this in a variety of ways:
· By promoting networking among and mutual support to Associates and Religious,
· To serve as a clearinghouse of resources and talents,
· By facilitating intercongregational networking and planning,
· By conducting research on the Associate Movement and its future trends,
· By offering a biennial, international Conference for our members,
· And by publishing our newsletter, “The Associate”.
It is through our members that NACAR continues to grow. Come join us as a member as we journey together, empowered by the Holy Spirit, to spread the good word of the Associate/Religious Relationship in North America.
