Banquet facilities, owned and operated by Our Lady of the  Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church,  will accommodate receptions, banquets, conferences, or meetings. Whether you are serving 50 or 275 people, or any size gathering in between, consider the Father van den Boogaard Hall for your event. Elegance and charm are the ambience of our  totally renovated banquet room.

Located in the historic town of West Point, Virginia, the facility offers ample parking and a truly elegant banquet space at a minimal price.

Rental Space Includes:
  • Foyer (800 square feet)
  • Banquet room (4,200 square feet)
  • Newly renovated, caterer friendly, commercial kitchen (400 square feet)
  • Two totally remodeled rest rooms (new ADA unisex restroom for handicapped guests is planned)
  • Accommodations for 275 persons comfortably
  • Adequate tables and chairs are provided with rental (30 rectangle or 25 round tables and 275 chairs.

  • $300.00 Monday through Thursday
  • $600.00 Friday, Saturday, Sunday

Corporations/Businesses

  • $600.00 regardless of day rented

Deposit:  $300.00 refundable deposit required upon booking

$500.00 refundable deposit upon booking
