During the Sunday 9 a.m. Mass, children ages 3 through 1st grade are invited to participate in Children's Liturgy of the Word.

Volunteer leaders (required to have background checks and attend VIRTUS training) and the children are dismissed prior to the readings to allow the children to hear the Word on their level and to participate in activities that reinforce the meaning of the Sunday readings.

They re-join the assembly during the offertory.

A similar program is offered at the Saturday 5:30 p.m. Mass for children ages 2 (2 year olds must be accompanied by an adult family member) through 1^st grade.
