RITE OF CHRISTIAN INITIATION OF ADULTS (RCIA)
For those who wish to enter into full communion with the Roman Catholic Church, we offer inquiry sessions (a time to share stories, ask questions and learn basic beliefs of the Catholic Church).
This is followed by the Catechumenate which is a period of more formalized instruction.
The unbaptized are received into the Church at the Easter Vigil by the reception of the Sacraments of Baptism, Confirmation and Eucharist.
Those who are already baptized in the Christian tradition are prepared to receive the Sacraments of Confirmation and Eucharist when they discern, with the assistance of the pastor, sponsor and catechist, their readiness.
