Children have a very special place in the heart of Sacred Heart Parish.
The religious education of our grade school children focuses on two aspects of our faith:: celebrating our faith and, living our faith.

Celebrating our Faith
Liturgy of the word is celebrated for children on their level twice a month from September to May. This is usually held on the first two Sundays of the month during Sunday Mass. About every other month the children of the parish are invited to act out the Gospel for the 10:00 am Sunday Mass. The children are invited to participate in some of the ministries of the Sunday Eucharist.

Living our Faith
The youth of the parish make sandwiches for homeless teenagers after
10:00 am Mass once a month.
