Parent Volunteer Form

In order to integrate the values being taught in Religious Education with family activities, we need your help. We have planned many events for next year, and they all need parents to succeed. We’ve included a description of each to explain the work involved. “Suggested grade” refers to the parents whose children will be in that grade in the fall. Please look through the list and fill in your selection on the back. This form must be returned with the registration form. We will contact you confirming your commitment. If you have no preference, we will assign you where you are most needed. Thank you very much.
