We are getting ready for the Religious Education Year of 2007-2008

As we get ready we would ask for your help in using the following forms: you can print them out, and bring them to the CCD office or mail them back.

Welcome to our 2007/'08 program! Last year, more than 550 students learned about their Catholic faith from our committed and trained volunteer catechists.

You may register your child by printing out a registration form---a new student form for each new child or a re-registration form for returning students---as well as an emergency form and a parent volunteer form. (A copy of your child's Baptismal certificate is required where noted.) Then mail these to us at the above address or stop by for a visit. We are in the first office to your left at the school entrance to the church in the upper parking lot.
