Fundraising for 2006-2007
Each year, as part of our tuition, we are asked to pay an amount designated as
fundraising. Along with this, we are given opportunities to earn some of this
money back through the various fundraising activities offered in our school.
As families of the school, we are not required to participate in the fundraisers,
but the oppportunities exist if we wish to take advantage of them. These fundraisers
are also a great way for our school to earn extra funds to put to the good use
of helping educate our children.
I would like to take this time to let you know what fundraisers will be offered during the 2006-2007 year. Several vendors were
considered this year in hope of bringing you more choices to help you earn some of your fundraising money back. Innisbrook will be
our Fall Fundraiser. Gertrude Hawk Chocolates will be here again for Christmas and Easter. The Joe Corbi Pizza Sale will be in
January 2007. Piazza Farms (flats of flowers) sale will be in the spring of 2007. Listed below are the details of each of these sales.
We will again have a Barnes & Noble fundraiser this year, where we will receive special discounts
off items purchased at Barnes & Noble during a specific time. We are also looking at hosting
special events during the yeat at Barnes & Noble, details will follow once these dates are in place.
We can use your scrip, which is a 9% return to family, toward these purchases. Mrs. Lamberti
will provide more information on this fundraiser.
Holiday Edition (wrapping paper, cards, etc.) - 50% profit to family
Easter/Spring sale begins Feb. 14 - Ends Feb. 28; estimated delivery week of March 19.
Candy - 40% profit to famliy
Pizzas - 25% profit to family
Flats of flowers - 25% profit to famliy
Thank you to all of you who helped during the school year with fundraising. Whether is was
sorting, calculating, making calls, or waiting for people to pick up orders, your time was very
much appreciated and was a great help. It could not have happened without your assistance.
