ATTENTION PRE-K AND KINDERGARTEN PARENTS
Children are coming to school without a change of clothing in case of accidents. Please see that your child has a spare change of
clothes.
We are trying to avoid having to call parents to bring clothes in when accidents occur.
Dear Parents,
There will be a screening program for scoliosis for all students
10 years and older as required by law.
Scoliosis is defined as a condition of the spine in which the spine may curve to the left or right. It is most commonly detected
during times of rapid growth and may progress if not treated. The purpose of the screening program is to recognize scoliosis in its
earliest stages so the child may be referred for evaluation and possible treatment before the condition progresses to a serious one.
Please return the completed form from your packet as soon as possible. Screenings will be conducted in late April and May.
