We really tould use your help setting up the (60) 8 foot long tables and pulling out approximately 175 chairs for the event. If you are able to help on Thursday, October 19th, please call Mrs. Gorda. The tables will arrive at school by 5:00PM We would like to start setting up at 5:00PM The tables and chairs will take approximately 1-2 hours to put in place. Thanks for your support! RULE #6 "SURPRISE OTHERS BY PERFORMING RANDOM ACTS OF KINDNESS." "Go out of your way to do something surprisingly kind and generous for
someone at least once a month. All of the kids love this rule, and it sounds as if it is a really good idea and that it would be a lot of
fun. The problem is that it is one of the hardest rules for people to follow. In our daily lives, we get so busy and preoccupied that there
isn't much time to sit down and think up a surprise for someone. Usually, if it isn't someone's birthday or a special occasion, people really
don't see a need to go out of their way to do something special for someone else. However, that is the best time to give someone a nice
surprise - when it isn't expected." THE BOOK FAIR IS COMING! Our Scholastic Book Fair will be held on Monday, November 6th - Thursday, November 9th in the Holy Family Library. There will be an opportunity for you to Christmas shop for your family and friends -- and don't forget to check out the "Wish List" for your child's teacher and classroom!
