School Days.... School Daze
You are invited to come and spend a class epriod with your child/ren
in his/her classroom on Tuesday, January 29th or Friday, February 1st. On these 2 days, we invite you to sit in your child's classroom
to enjoy one lesson for the day. Please remain for one class so that there is enough space for all parents without overcrowding
the room. We will ask the teachers to send home a schedule so you can plan your visit.
Included in this information there are three lunch times for the grades. During the lunch periods, we ask that there are no visitations.
Please note that again this year we will have, "Let's Do Lunch!" during Valentine's week. This is when we invite you to join your child for lunch
in our cafeteria.
In order to keep the hallways and cafeteria open or passable, please exit the building by 2:00 PM on the visitation days.
Also, we love all your children, however younger siblings can be very distracting to the teachers and students, so please make other
arrangements for them.
THANK YOU!
Holy Childhood Boxes of Love
Please return all Advent Mission Boxes to your homeroom teacher by
Friday, January 25th. Thank you for all your prayers and sacrifices for poor children around the world. You are always most generous.

The totals for fundraisers to date are:
Genevieves: $6,196.41
Gertrude Hawk Fall: $3,127.20
Market Day (June-Dec): $2,559.28
Without your continued support these fundraisers would not have been a success. Thank you for your time and effort for those sales.
We have received a check this year in the amount of $877.37. This was from the collection of "Box Tops for Education" we have collected
from May to October 2007. Thank you Mrs. King and Mrs. Martinez for all of your cutting and sorting. Thank you to our families for
saving and sending them in to the school. Every Box Top counts!
Our next fundraiser will be Gertrude Hawk for Easter. Easter is early this year, so the sale will begin in February. The last sale will
be Piazza Farms for our third annual "Flats of Flowers" sale. This sale will start in April in order to have the forms back to the families
for May pick-up.
