Please contact the school's main office for information regarding announcements. ASH WEDNESDAY - The Beginning of Lent
When Jesus spoke to the people, he said, "I am the light of the world. Whoever follows me will never walk in darkness, but will have
the light of life." John 8:12 Thank You! We would like to thank everyone for all their contributions during
Catholic School Week. As in past years, the week is filled with exciting events and fun. The eighth graders were once again victorious
over the teachers in beach-blanket volleyball - perhaps and off-season training camp would be a good idea. Everyone experienced a great
Bible Bowl. We welcomed a large attendance of prospective families at the Open House and all the tour guides did an exceptional job.
Finally, the week ended in yet another snowy/rainy, but full and filled with fun Family Fun Night Gertrude Hawk Fundraiser Begins Easter is early this year and Gertrude Hawk candy fundraiser will begin
today, Wednesday, February 6, 2008 and will end Wednesday, February 20, 2008.This is necessary for the candy to be delievered to us
in time for the holiday. Let's Do Lunch We invite you to have lunch with your student(s) during the week of Valentine's Day. We have created a schedule to ensure a comfortable setting for all! Please check the schedule and school lunch offered in your weekly packet. Forms have been provided in your packet to register and sign up for lunch. Please join us for family lunches! New Date for Parent Visitation We missed you last Friday! The inclement weather conditions may have cencelled school, but we couldn't pass up the chance to enjoy your presence in our classrooms. We are re-scheduling our second Parent Visitation Day to Friday, February 22, 2008. Please remember to sign in, remain for only one class period, and though we love all your children, please leave younger siblings home, as their presence would be too disruptive to the flow of the class. Thank you for your support and cooperation; and thank you for entrusting us with your children. |
