LENT
The end is drawing near. We look back on these forty days of Lent, feeling that we have been touched by grace, yet waiting on tomorrow
for greater understanding. The suffering and death of Jesus brought wholeness and life. When we are empty, we can be filled, when we
surrender, we can be saved.
Arise with me through the days of all my hopes.
Arise with me in the garden of my wildest dreams.
Arise with me free of shackled limitations.
Arise with me filled with grace of every dawn.
Arise with me in the joy of life each morning.
Arise with me into light of eternal day.
On those days when fears and troubles fill our lives, let us remember that every experience holds grace - nothing is lost to our God.
Remember, when we feel we have run into a brick wall and God has abandoned us, now and forever - He will never abandon us. THE SSPJ FAMILY WISHES YOU A BLESSED AND BEAUTIFUL HOLY WEEK AND EASTER.

Cambell's Soup Labels
Please continue to clip and send all Campbell's Soup Labels to school.
The final collection date for this year is not until June 1st, so we still have time to earn more points for more products for our school.
Please remember that you need to send in the UPC's from the products in order to earn the point value.
Also, all "Pepperidge Farm" goldfish UPC's are now worth 5 points.
If you have any questions, please call Mrs. Sumner.
Norwescap
The 2008 Adopt a Family Easter program is ready to distribute Easter
Baskets and Food Baskets to needy Warren County children and adults. We want to thank you and the children and faculty for your contribution
and support of this non-finded program. Without your support, the program would not exist and those less fortunate in Warren County would not
receive this service.
Your contribution to this program really does make a difference in the lives of those we serve. The financial contributions will be
utilized to provide 226 Easter baskets for children and 110 Easter food baskets for families and adults.
I have said this in the past, but it still holds true, "This is a good example of what real community action is all about."
On behalf of those less fortunate, a sincere thank you for your continuing support. The children did a great job and their generosity
is greatly appreciated. We look forward to working with the faculty and students of Saints Philip and James again in 2009.
Sincerely,
Bob Frankenfield, Program Director
