Who Will Roll Away the Stone?

On their way to Jesus' tomb, Mary Magdelene and her friends wondered how they could annoint Jesus' body. They knew that they weren't strong enough to move the heavy rock blocking the tomb's entrance. When they arrived, they found that the stone had already been moved! God's angel had rolled it away, because Jesus was risen! Sometimes, in our lives, we run into huge "stones" - problems that keep us from moving forward or doing what we need to do. Try as we might, we just can't "roll away the stone," or get around the problem by ourselves. Remember, Jesus died for us - believe that Jesus is always with you and thank him for all your blessings.
HAVE A BLESSED HOLY WEEK AND A HAPPY EASTER!

Perhaps, "with six you get egg rolls," but for SSPJ, it's "with five you get the Bishop's School!"

How proud of our five 7th graders who were selected to apply for the Diocese of Metuchen's third Bishop's School summer scholarships. Congratulations - all five were awarded scholarships!
We are confident that you will enjoy your special educational summer week and will gain both information and confidence in your subject area of choice!
PS - This is the third time out of three years that all five SSPJ students have been chosen for the 80 possible seats from hundreds of applicants!

RULE #55
"NO MATTER WHAT THE CIRCUMSTANCES, ALWAYS BE HONEST."

"Be the best person you can be."
"Always make sure there are seven things in your life at all times: laughter, family, adventure, good food, challange, change, and the quest for knowledge. With all of those things, you will grow, enjoy life, and become the type of person you can be proud of."
-RON CLARK-
