Who? All Women of Saint Paul Cathedral Parish.
What? Join us in fulfilling the purpose and spirit of the Association of the Ladies of Charity— to imitate our Lord in helping those in need; spiritually, emotionally and materially.
When? Saint Paul Cathedral Ladies of Charity Calendar
Where? Monthly Meetings are usually held in Synod Hall, 125 North Craig Street, Pittsburgh PA, 15213, adjacent to the Cathedral
Why? The Ladies of Charity need your help in their service to the spiritually, emotionally, socially, physically, and financially poor by:
- helping the elderly or disabled
- home visitations to shut-ins; hospital and institution visits
- comforting the sick
- arranging transportation for those in need
- assisting families in distress
- cooperating with others to assist the needy
- planning special gatherings for community members, including special Masses, holiday parties, days of prayer and reflection.
- sewing baptism robes for infants to be baptized
- providing transportation to and from church
