Music Ministry

Cathedral Choir:

The St. Paul Cathedral Choir is a mixed-voice ensemble which sings for the Sunday 12:00 PM Liturgy from September through June. Under the direction of the cathedral's Music Director, Donald Fellows, rehearsals are held each Thursday night from 7:30 PM - 9:30 PM. Repertoire of the Choir is drawn from the fifteenth century to the present. For membership information please contact us via phone or email and ask for the Cathedral Music Director, or the Cathedral's Organist/Associate Music Director.

Men's Schola:

The Cathedral Men's Schola typically leads the singing of Solemn Vespers on the Sundays of Advent, Lent, and other Solemnities. Plainsong, psalm-tones and other unaccompanied singing comprises the repertoire of this Chant Choir.

Women's Schola:

A newly organized ensemble of women's voices sings for occasional liturgies as needs arise. Plainsong, psalm-tones and other unaccompanied singing comprises the repertoire of this Chant Choir.

Cantors:

Saint Paul Cathedral makes full use of the Ministry of the Cantor. Professional cantors serve for the Cathedral's weekend liturgies: Saturday 6:00 PM, and Sunday 8:00 AM, 10:00 AM, 12:00 PM and 6:00 PM.
