As we continue on our journey many blessings and deep gratitude are wished for all of St. Andrew's parish community.  Nothing should be removed from the church or from the Parish House at this time.  Sister Pat's new address is 338 Gifford Street Apt. 703, Syracuse 13204.  Her home phone number is 422-2244 and she still has the same office phone, 476-9736.

Jane will be in the office for regular office hours probably until the end of January.  However, we do not have a reliable Internet connection.  You can call or leave a note in the Parish House door or e-mail jkc13214@aol.com.  Anyone who needs a baptismal certificate (needed for Confirmation and/or marriage) please contact Jane at 476-8656.  Tax statements are available and can be picked up in the church or after the 18th at the Parish Office until the end of the month.

If you have anything to go to St. Lucy's clothing Store (Agape Shop) please contact Connie Saldilcco at 448-9304.

Peg Barnett's Craft Show profits are sending $1129.25 to our Sister
Community.  Many thanks to Peg and her customers.

Eileen Gilligan was able to add $30 to our gifts for the Sister Community
with her jewelry sale.

We received $72 from the Fair Trade Sharing for our sister community.

"Through the generosity of the Parish Council and our parishioners, we
have reached our goal of funding the first well in Villanueva.  This well will
provide clean drinking water at the maternity hospital.  Construction
should begin in January.  We will continue trying to raise money, together with
Rotary, for wells in two rural communities that currently do have a water
supply.  A heartfelt thank you and Christmas blessings to all, from our
sister community in Nicaragua."

Christmas Wreath Program - The Justice and Peace Committee extends many
thanks to all who bought their Christmas wreaths through St. Andrew's,
and to the Jurellers who organized the sale again.  We raised $604.50 to
send to our sister community in Nicaragua, the most ever!  After paying our
expenses (for materials, and to the older couple who make the wreaths and the
woman who makes the bows), we also raised some money to support Peace Action
CNY's educational programming on nuclear disarmament.

The Nionzimana and Nyarukundo/Mukwiye families are very appreciative of
the generosity of St. Andrew's parishioners in giving so many wonderful
Christmas presents.  They enjoy wearing their warm clothing.  Please
see the children's notes at the back of church.  And thank you for the financial
gifts which help them maintain an old van that gets Simon and
colleagues to work.  Call Grace at 472-1674 with any questions.
