Pastoral Council
The St. Dominic + St. Felix + St. Francis Cluster Pastoral Council consists of parisioners from each of the individual parishes. The Pastoral Council meets monthly on the 4th Wednesday of the month (with the exception of December and April) at the Parish House at St. Felix at 7:00pm.
