Aeolian-Skinner Pipe Organ
The organ is an Aeolian-Skinner pipe organ, Opus 1142, built in 1948. It's original home was in St. John's Episcopal, also in Auburn.
It was acquired by the parish in 1989. A few years ago, an 8' Bourdon stop was added to the pedal division. Although modest in
size, there isn't one stop on this organ that doesn't sound beautiful. Many organs of larger size or of more physical beauty
cannot compare in tonal quality. Many consider Aeolian-skinner to be one of the greatest American organ builders.
