Perpetual Adoration
Contact Maggie Kopsa at 402-362-6445. Parishioners volunteer to invest one hour of their week in prayer with our Lord present in the Blessed Sacrament in our Parish Church. We would like to encourage more parishioners to take an hour of adoration, and to make the program truly "Perpetual Adoration". Please list the preferred Day and Hour on the Gifts & Talents Survey you would like to be with our Eucharistic Lord.
Volunteers are needed to be a Day Captain for each day of the week. The role of the Day Captains would be to promote and encourage more parishioners to commit to one hour a week so that all the hours in their day is filled. Please write down "Captain" above the Day you are willing to serve in this capacity.
Prayer Chain
Contact Eleanor Weiler at 402-362-7509. Requests for prayer intentions are communicated to other parishioners on the prayer chain. Prayer requests are kept confidential.
Pilgrim Mary Home Visit
Contact Judy Thomas at 402-362-6920. A beautiful statue of the Blessed Virgin Mary will be brought to your home for a number of days (one week). The members of the home are asked to be faithful to praying the Rosary each day they have the image of Mary in their home.

Other groups would be welcome to be formed. Please specify the Day and Time that would work best for you on the Gifts & Talents Survey.
Cursillo Movement
Contact the Rectory at 402-362-4595. Cursillo (pronounced kur-see-yo) is a Spanish word meaning little or short course. It begins on Thursday evening and ends the following Sunday night. During the three days those attending live and work together listening to talks given by priests and laity. They also share the Eucharist and pray together. It is an encounter with Christ, which will help to Christianize our world.
Marriage Encounter Movement
Contact Dale or Pam Schoening at 402-362-1711. The weekend is designed to help married couples communicate more intimately with one another in order to deepen and enrich their relationship. The weekend is free from everyday routines, distractions and tensions. An atmosphere is created where the couple can concentrate exclusively on one another in a private and confidential environment.
Natural Family Planning (NFP)
Contact the Rectory at 402-362-4595, or Diocesan Coordinator Mrs Michele Chamber 488-2040 ext 320. Natural Family Planning is the only method of family planning that does not require the use of harsh chemicals, devices or surgical procedures. NFP is a morally acceptable method of regulating pregnancy. Couples using NFP easily learn to recognize and accurately identify signs of fertility by observing the natural phases of the
menstrual cycle. With an understanding of their fertility they can choose to use this method to either achieve or postpone a pregnancy. The Creighton Ovulation Method provides the most effective means of
achieving a pregnancy. It is also 99.6% effective for avoiding a pregnancy - more effective than any form of artificial contraceptive.
