My Journey to Biloxi In His Way

 

Chris-Today I helped out a lot and we got a lot done at the school site and I am having a lot of fun.

Molly-I cant believe I handled raw chicken

Paige-After this trip I learned to appreciate what I have… without spring cleaning…spring cleaning saves lives

Abby-helping others is fun when you are having fun

Jesse-I saw a cricket as big as my dog

Lindsey-I realized that helping people is a great way to give back to the community

Tim-I learned how to do vinyl siding today

MaryAnn-the devastation is overwhelming but the people’s spirits are unbelievable

James-The rain it fall but the dirty tuff, the yata youth but it yield not nuf

Jeannine-I saw jesus walking in the soles of our youth

Jonathon-Its one thing to see all the destruction on television but it another thing to see it in person

Dan-Very different from what FEMA showed it as

Bridget-I learned not to be a pack rat

Sarah-I saw pictures but being here is a reality. Its the difference between pictures and living it

Hilary-so after drywalling, I learned to always wear masks

Erin-I learned about termites and vinyl siding and hammering a nail is harder than it looks

Whitney and Michelle-“Are you working hard or hardly working?”  To volunteer at St Rose you must annihilate those who are against you.
