Welcome to St. Patrick's Co-Cathedral Website!

St. Patrick's Co-Cathedral is the mother church for the Yellowstone River valley. With 600 families, ours is a friendly Catholic faith community whose membership comes from all across the valley. St. Patrick's has been calling people to prayer and Christian service since the first settlers arrived. Open all day, every day, from 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., the church is part of the walking tour of historic downtown Billings. It is handicapped accessible and guided tours are available by appointment. We welcome you to our services or to visit our buildings.

Historic St. Patrick's is a diverse, welcoming, Catholic community committed to gathering as a sacramental family sharing our faith in ministry and Christian service.

Catholics Coming Home

St Patrick's offers a Catholic Coming Home process on Tuesday evenings during the Fall and Spring. This is a 6-7 week process that allows alienated Catholics the opportunity to come and ask questions regarding the Catholic Church during their absence. NO pressure is exerted on Catholics returning to the Church. We offer the process as a healing of past hurts. Our Fall schedule starts Oct 21st, 2008. We meet at St. Patrick's Co-Cathedral 215 North 31st St. For information call Sr. Clara at 259-3389.

R.C.I.A.

The R.C.I.A. process for St. Patrick’s Co-Cathedral begins Monday – September 8. We will meet in Conference Room #1 from 7-9 pm. The process is open to all persons desiring information about: 1. Becoming a Catholic. 2. Completing the Sacraments of First Communion/Confirmation 3. Joining the Catholic Church.
