Eucharistic Ministry
Billings Clinic Hospital – The Homebound office coordinates and oversees a support program with Deaconess/Billings Clinic Hospital whereby we bring the Eucharist to all Catholic patients each and every day. Currently we have 10 fulltime volunteers and 7 substitutes that deliver Eucharist to an average of 25 patients every day of the year.

Visits to Nursing Homes, Assisted Living and Senior Citizen Retirement Homes – Because of territorial boundaries, St. Patrick’s is directly responsible for the spiritual care of all Catholic people living at the following facilities: Prairie Towers, Sage Towers, Frazier Towers, Parkview Nursing Home and Ponderosa Pines Nursing Home. Currently, there are approximately 40+ Catholics living in these facilities. We provide a weekly Word and Communion Service to Prairie Towers, South Forty and Highgate Retirement Center. In addition, Homebound Ministry coordinates spiritual visits to parishioners who live in the 15 other Retirement/Assisted Living/Nursing Homes in Billings. There are 11 fulltime volunteers who facilitate this process and 60+ people who are served by these volunteers on a weekly basis.

Visits to Homebound – Occur regularly as needed. We are currently tracking an additional 20+ individuals that we attempt to visit occasionally sometime throughout the year.
