Last Community Council Meeting November 6th

March For Life, Washington, DC January 23^rd

After an overnight bus trip with other youth from the Syracuse Diocese, we attended a rally and a Mass and then marched with thousands to support life

"from conception to natural death".

At the rally, we met a new Deaf friend, David Koche, from Maryland. He walked with us, and pointed out different sights to us too.

It was an awesome trip.

Let us continue to pray for hearts to change so our culture will be a Culture of Life.

This & That

Spring is here, and everyone will be getting out- and-about more. I hope to see you at the Palm Sunday Mass with Bishop Moynihan on April 8th. It is always beautiful.

Please remember Clare Dong Mee Martin and her family in your prayers. She died Feb 17th.
Her parents, David and Kelly Martin, had been active members of St Lucy, and now are active at Holy Cross.

In May the annual Hope Appeal will start. I ask that you be generous. It funds this ministry, but also so many others that are needed : Catholic Charities, religious education, vocations, etc.

March 4th’s FX Youth Rally was an exciting day. The teens were asked to turn over their lives to Christ, and they willingly did that. Please pray for them and for young people everywhere.

Hope is a power by which we can focus and be fed on the promises of Jesus Christ, no matter what is happening in our personal lives or human history.
