St. John Vianney Seminary is home during the school year to about 70 college seminarians from all over the United States, and occaisionally other countries as well. The seminary has five stories, with the lower level having a large conference room, and a kitchen, laundry room, and rec room as well. The first floor contains the chapel and offices, and the top levels are residential.
