WCCC Overview - Welcome

Welcome to the Waterloo Chinese Catholic Community (WCCC) at the University of Waterloo.

WCCC is a community at the heart of spiritual and intellectual activities. We gather every week to share our Catholic faith through bible sharing, topic discussions, personal reflections, Taize and special communal prayer sessions. WCCC also provides a place for rest and support during times of crisis and happiness.

WCCC was founded as a Bible Study Group in 1972, and provides the Chinese Roman Catholic voice in the University of Waterloo. However, in keeping with the best meaning of the Catholic faith, we are open to everyone irrespective of race, creed, age, or gender. As of 2003, we have more than 70 active members including those who are at the University, those who are working in Waterloo, those who are on their co-op work-terms, and those who graduated over the years.

We, at the Waterloo Chinese Catholic Community, extend our warmest welcome and invite you to come and to join us for a spiritual journey.
