NOTE: Some pdf files are large and take time to download and open. You may see a blank browser window while the file is downloading and opening.
If you get a browser window that is blank, but says "Done" on the status bar, we suggest two options:
Right-click on the link to download the file, then open the file from you hard drive.
Reinstall Adobe Arcobat Reader® to reassociate Acrobat to the pdf file extension.
