Lifestyle
The semi-eremitical lifestyle of the Hermitage includes the traditional
features of the anchorite or solitary life: solitude, separation from the world,
greater freedom in spirit and time for prayer and ascesis. It also includes some elements
of community life which help to promote the solitary life by ensuing that the Sisters
benefit from the good of obedience and are able to share with one another on the material
and spiritual level in the spirit of the Gospel.
