The Western Vicariate Catholic Committee on Scouting (WVCCS) is a church committee of concerned Catholic lay people and clergy that assists local scout troops with the youth ministry opportunities that troops provide to young Catholics.  Our goal is to sustain and strengthen the relationship between scouting and the Catholic Church in the United States.
